  1. Check whether the self-adhesive material has burrs

   The edge of the roll of self-adhesive material is smooth and undamaged, which is the basis for ensuring the quality of the self-adhesive label printing. Therefore, printing Before processing, you must carefully check whether the slitting edge of the roll of adhesive material has burrs, whether it is damaged due to improper storage and transportation, and roll down the roll of adhesive material for 4 & mdash; 5 circles, and carefully check the division. Cut the edges.

  2. Check whether there are cracks on the self-adhesive material

   When the self-adhesive material is slit, if the slitting tool is not adjusted properly or the blade is not sharp enough, it will not dry Cracks appear on the top paper or bottom paper of the glue material, and the fibers pulled out from the cracks will be stuck by the adhesive. The occurrence of cracks may be continuous or random, and may appear on one side of the roll of adhesive material, or on both sides. Therefore, before the adhesive material is printed on the machine, you may need to carefully check the backing paper. Whether there are small cracks on the facial tissue.

  3. Check whether the edges of the self-adhesive material are stuck, and whether the bottom paper is missing silicon

   The edges of the self-adhesive material are stuck or there is a part of the bottom paper that misses the silicone oil, in printing During the processing, the tissue paper will break during the waste discharge, and the normal production will not be possible. Therefore, before printing, take a length of about 1 meter of self-adhesive material and peel it off by hand to see if there is any part that cannot be peeled smoothly and uniformly on the edge or other parts. Usually, the edge adhesion between the face paper and the bottom paper occurs on a slit roll of the entire roll of coated self-adhesive material, and generally only occurs at 7 to 10 meters from the outer layer.   4. Check whether the slitting end face of the reel adhesive material is straight and whether the rewinding tightness is consistent

   If the slitting end face of the reel adhesive material is uneven, not only It will affect the registration during printing, and it will be difficult to discharge waste due to the change of die-cutting position; inconsistent elasticity during rewinding will cause changes in paper force during printing, and uneven tension will also cause printing quality problems.
