Product Description
3M 4941 VHB TAPE, which uses a multi-purpose acrylic adhesive to bond on both sides of the foam core that meets the requirements. The combination of strength, compliance and adhesion makes this series one of the most powerful and comprehensive 3M VHB tapes. It is specially designed for good adhesion of metal, glass and other medium to high surface energy materials. Applications of this tape include rib bonding, sealing polycarbonate lenses on LCD displays, painting control panel windows, and installing vinyl wiring pipes and conduit channels.

  • 3m VHB 4941 TAPE is a fast and easy-to-use permanent bonding method with high strength and long-term durability.
  • Almost invisible fastening to keep the surface of the application flat.
  • Can replace mechanical fasteners (rivets, welds, screws) or liquid adhesives.
  • Grey, 0.025 inches (0.6mm), multi-purpose adhesives and compliant acrylic foam cores provide a good balance of strength and compliance.
