3M 9707 CONDUCTIVE TAPE

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
3M 9707 Electrically Conductive Adhesive Transfer Tape is a pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) transfer tape with isotropic electrical conductivity. The PSA matrix is filled with conductive fillers that allow interconnection between substrates through the adhesive thickness (the “Z-axis”) and also provides electrical conductivity in the plane of the adhesive (“X-Y Axis”).

PRODUCT FEATURES:

Can be applied and assembled at room temperature

Inherent EMI shielding capabilities can enhance existing shielding solutions, provide new design options and improve Faraday cage design

Provide electrical connections and glue EMI/RFI shields and gaskets to metal frames and enclosures

Low contact resistance and tape structure, with good EMI performance

Custom roll width or die-cutting punching type can be customized

Can provide lower contact resistance for hard surfaces or surfaces with oxide layers
