7105T is an ultra-thin transparent PET single-sided tape converted and die-cut by Siminkey, a precision die-cutting converter in Shenzhen, China: 0.005 mm (4–5 μm) clear PET film, acrylic adhesive on one side, PET release liner.
The construction is a 0.0019 mm clear PET film with an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive on one side and a PET release liner. Peel strength is above 400 g/in (GB/T 2792) and release force is controlled at 2–6 g/25mm at 23 °C / 65% RH, keeping the liner flat for high-speed die-cutting, rotary cutting and automated lamination. Only one face carries adhesive, so the tape bonds a single surface and stays non-tacky outside — a protective layer that adds almost nothing to the height of the assembly.
It is used for the surface protection and encapsulation of electronic components and for protection during handling and transport, where the part must stay covered and clean. The PET film is dimensionally stable and highly transparent, so the bonded or protected area stays optically clear and does not lift or misalign. We supply 200 m rolls slit to the widths listed on this page, and we die-cut the tape into spacer rings, gaskets and custom shapes to drawing.
Note: 7105T is a bonding and protection film, not a gap-filling tape — mating surfaces must be clean, dry and flat. Store at 25 ±5 °C and ≤65% RH; shelf life is six months from delivery. Detailed technical data sheets and die-cut quotations are available from our technical service team.

7105T is used for surface protection and encapsulation of electronic components, including the protection of heat-resistant parts; the applicable temperature range should be confirmed by testing on the actual assembly.
Yes — release force is controlled at 2–6 g/25mm on a PET release liner, which is specified for high-speed die-cutting and automated lamination.
The total construction is 0.005 mm (4–5 μm) — PET film, acrylic adhesive and release liner — so the tape bonds or protects a surface without adding measurable height to the stack.
